WPM Welcomes Deer Ridge Terrace Condominium in Baltimore
WPM Real Estate Management is pleased to announce that, effective April 1, we have been selected to provide management services for Deer Ridge Terrace Condominium, Inc., a well-established community located in the Roland Park neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland.
Deer Ridge Terrace includes 76 residences across a mix of mid-rise condominium units and townhomes. Built in the 1970s, the community offers a quiet, residential setting with convenient access to nearby shops and restaurants, along with the character and history that define Roland Park.
WPM provides full-service community association management, including financial oversight, reserve planning, exterior building maintenance coordination, and day-to-day operational support. The Association also covers key services such as snow removal, helping to simplify ownership for residents.
This transition reflects a strong alignment between the Board’s priorities and WPM’s approach to proactive management, clear communication, and long-term planning. Since the transition, our team has been working closely with community leadership to support key priorities, including the planned replacement of the mid-rise HVAC system.
Deer Ridge Terrace is part of the broader Roland Park area, recognized as the first planned community association in the United States, adding to the sense of legacy and stewardship that continues to shape the neighborhood today.
